We take a group of eight women on a ten week immersive adventure to learn the qualities of great communication.
Incrementally building your skills and your confidence as a public speaker, thinker and visionary.
Your journey culminates with you delivering your speech performance to a live invited audience.

THE JOURNEY RETREAT.
Our LIVE EVENT includes two retreat weekends that dive you into a deep & supportive spirit quest journey to explore your true voice, your message, your purpose and gifts.
Your weekend contains, group facilitation, story telling, meditation, gentle yoga and a quest in nature. Divine vegetarian food, relax time and learning the first module of Authenticity.
Your story. Your personal Myth. All that you’ve brought with you.
Our program culminates 9 weeks later, back at the retreat where we rehearse and deliver a live performance with your invited guests all recorded.
MEET YOUR COACHES
Anna Lempriere and Tara Ellis will be your facilitators, guiding, accompanying, cheer leading and coaching you. Between them, they have over 60 years of public speaking and performance experience. Both have worked in therapeutic transformative healing modalities for the same amount of time: Coaching, facilitation, yoga, corporate training, meditation, NLP, positive psychology.
Anna and Tara were both professional actresses.
For 20 years, Anna has worked as a business coach, facilitator and communication expert with blue-chip organisations including Apple, Global, BSkyB, BT, Amazon.
Tara Ellis is the salt of the earth, as a facilitator, she empowers people to spread their own magic in their working lives. She believes we all have a unique story to tell and through performance technique and coaching. An actress and producer for over 25 years, her experience has ranged from reading to children at UCLH, to supporting senior female leaders at EE, BT, Global Media. An accomplished actress, she has appeared in The West End, T.V and film, working with David Cronenberg, Raiph Fiennes and June Brown to name a few...yes, she is a fancy pants.

MODULE 1 |Your Journey
This is all about getting to know each other. Bonding!

MODULE 2 | Authenticity
Who am I? Getting clear about your beautiful unique story. Appreciation of how to share who you are through story telling as a technique for building engagement with your people.
There are many you’s! You might be wildly confident in one room, less so in another, fearless when prepared, anxious when you’re not.
Everything you stand for starts with your relationship with you. We examine what limits, lies and assumptions you have made that inhibit your confidence to shine as a communicator.
MODULE 3 | Presence
You have a combination of traits that make you unique - no one but yourself. Let’s define them, bring them to life, bring them to your work.
When do YOU get the chance to contemplate the impact you make at work, to explore your brand presence as a woman and leader. We investigate your breadth of influence & visibility.
MODULE 4 | Story & Speech Design
Learn the art of speech design. Step by step you’ll build your speech. Understand the criteria for a great speech. When you have both a structure and a formula, it launches confidence massively.
MODULE 5 | Confidence
You’ll Learn the science, the psychology and the coaching mindset that grows your confidence. What are the barriers to your confidence?

MODULE 6 | Emotion as Fuel
Emotion is fundamental integral part of who we are. It is our fuel, it drives us. All great art, politics and business ideas are driven by emotion. It is what engages and influences our world.
Understand how your story the high & lows are your expertise, connect with your humanity, have the bravery to share it. Emotions are contagious. learn how emotion can inspire influence and drive great change.
MODULE 7 | Inspiring me
Who are you not to shine?
Manifest what you desire to achieve: We tap into coaching strategies to create the desired outcomes from your performance.
Feeling the part: Getting mentally, emotionally and physically prepared. Learning the techniques that professionals use in performance.
Visualising my future: Sharing your intention for what's next.
Session 8 & 9 | Tech/ Dress Rehearsal
We fine-tune your speeches in preparation for your final performance! You receive the correct dose of challenge, and of course a generous dose of loving feedback to elevate you to performance standard!
MODULE 10 | Performance
We invite your family and friends to come see you in action delivering your speech.We film for people who can’t make it. This wonderful accomplishment - featuring you delivering your inspirational speech about your specialist subject, an ideal masterpiece of content, which can be featured on your website.
